Meet Kanye West and new G.O.O.D. music artist "Desiigner". He's an 18 year old rapper hailing from Brooklyn, NY. I must admit I've only heard one song from this kid (and you can check it out below) but since he has a cosign by Ye himself I figure you guys be the judge. What you think?
